The duties of this committee shall be to promote, coordinate and run events in the community, including Labour Day, May Day, and such other events as directed by Council. The Committee shall prepare the appropriate budgets to be approved by Council with all funds collected by and for the Committee shall be placed in charge of the Treasurer of the Council, and she/he shall pay all bills.
All affiliates of Council are invited to submit two (2) delegates to serve on this Committee with voice but no vote.
